Planning &
Coordinating Service

I have a passion for celebration in every sense of the word. I believe there is no occasion to small to commemorate & that celebrating little wins through to once in a life time moments are what make life worth living.

For me, this means coordination & thoughtfully organising events is in my DNA. The big jobs, the small ones, the blue sky ideas, the personal details & everything in between are my speciality! Interpreting your brief, creative research, scouting & balancing the resources, organising, trouble shooting & facilitating the smooth execution of our masterpiece is me in my element!

It is wonderful to see a rising popularity in people taking a personal approach to planning their own events, in the ways most meaningful to them. However, clients often realise the amount of behind the scenes preparation & time that this involves can be overwhelming. Particularly when it comes to Weddings, as its is your first time throwing a Wedding & know one gives you a handbook or task guide!

Don't let this scare you! While the industry can be a daunting one, the secret is to keep the heart of your celebration in mind & not let any of the sprinkles on top weigh you down. PLUS if you would like a hand from someone on the inside with experience, determined to take the stress out of what should be a fun planning journey & excited to be in your corner to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day - I am your girl.

I have a lifetime of experience in hospitality & events, learned of endless planning pitfalls to avoid & have a reliable, resilient, resourceful & whole-hearted approach to designing & delivering flawless, meaningful & memorable celebrations.

If you are interested in a complete planning service from reviewing quotes, sourcing vendors & effectively collating the schedule as well as catching any oversights & providing recommendations, lets talk! It would be my pleasure to offer support & guidance through the planning process & will flex my fee to accommodate your requirements.

There are so many benefits to having an on the day coordinator on hand too. So, if you have got all your vendor contracts & venue guidelines under control I would strongly advise that you consider appointing someone to facilitate the smooth running of your day. Who wants to be clock watching, pestered by suppliers or trouble shooting on one of the most important days of their life? You & all your nearest dearest should be present in each moment, relaxed & enjoying all the efforts invested into the celebrations.

Whatever the level of support you are interested in; I am flexible & willing to step in at any stage & can even source event staff for you, via my team of associates.

I am hard wired to meticulously & tirelessly thrive at Wedding & event coordination. I have a genuine eye for thoughtful detail & will get emotionally invested in the vibe you want to achieve for your day. My brain seems to have an 'event mode' that functions remarkably well when juggling timelines, staff, guests & when forward thinking & precision is key.

It's a blessing I am honoured to share with clients as it means i can be your secret weapon when planning a Wedding; but in honesty my friends will tell you - it sometimes cost me my 'best guest' award! As we know, I love to party! But, if there a process to be ironed out, mediating between suppliers to be done or a problem to be solved... yep, i'll be there before i'm even asked!
