I have a passion for celebration in every sense of the word. I believe there is no occasion to small to commemorate & that celebrating little wins through to once in a life time moments are what make life worth living.
Thoughtfully organising & coordinating events is in my DNA. The big jobs, the small ones, the blue sky ideas, the personal details & everything in between are my speciality! Interpreting your brief, creative research, scouting & balancing the resources, organising, trouble shooting & facilitating the smooth execution of our masterpiece is me in my element!

I love to see a rising popularity in people taking a personal approach to planning their own events, in the ways most meaningful to them. It can be overwhelming though, as there is a great deal time & behind the secenes preparation that could be a surprise, particularly when it comes to Weddings as it's is your first time & know one gives you a handbook or task guide!

This package* of on the day essentials, is for those who have handled all their own planning & bookings, but know the benefit of handing these over to a Pro, who'll bring it all to life & allow you (& all your guests) to glide through your special day, relaxed, engaged & free to fully enjoy yourself
(rather than clock watching & managing vendors)!

Unlimited correspondence in the run up Wedding Day

Approx 1 month ahead: spend time together going through your plans & motivations, so that I can get to understand the vision! We’ll go through the details of your planning so I can: make intuitive suggestions or offer creative ideas. Plus identify gaps, a constructive review of opportunities & solutions, expert advice & recommendations.

I’ll liase with vendors to align on all relevant details including set-up, timing & equipment.

Refine a meticulous Wedding Day schedule - leaving no stone unturned & ready for every eventuality. Details shared with all relevant stakeholders

Meeting at the Venue to run through the finer details

Support with set up & styling on event day

Management of vendors & logistics throughout event day (including parking & site access)

Event Hosting: on site to welcome guests & as the key point of contact all day & guiding the flow of the day inline plans. I'll also share expert tips with FoB & Best Man ahead of their speeches.

Full coordination of the schedule; timeline, guests, music, confetti, toasts, personal details, prompting participants & trouble shooting, so that you are free to relax & enjoy your day.

Personal Assistant level support for Bride/Groom; such as facilitating outfit changes, 'pee breaks' & holding your lipstick!

I’ll have my bumbag packed with essentials such as lint roller, sewing kit, plasters etc

Pack down & organisation of personal decor equipment

Standard Fee: £800
This can be scaled according to size & requirement of your Wedding plans
*Package based on 10 hours event day service, max 1 hour travel, between 50-100 guest list, Venue providing internal team resource.
(I will not require a supplier meal to be provided for me)

Optional extra’s

Master of Ceremonies duties - making all key announcements to your guests from wrangling them to the Wedding breakfast, getting them focused for speeches through to first dance ready. Hire of my sound system is included. From £250

Games or Hype Master - if you have any games or guest party elements you would like to build into your Reception, I can happily don a sequined blazer & double up as your show host! Included within MC fee
